Spotted Gum Deck & Vergola, Semaphore Park

Ross and Denise wanted a decked area on the side of the home that was sheltered. However, they also wanted the area to catch some sun. We constructed the deck and screen, and worked with Vergola and an electrician to construct the Vergola. the Vergola is remote controlled allowing the louvers to be adjusted to let in light, or block out rain as needed. The lights on the pergola finish the area off nicely, and allow it to be used in the evenings. The Spotted Gum screen blocks out the view, noise, and heat of an air conditioner unit.
